The Pool

We call it “private water lounge”. A typical scene of lounge music in the air with chatter, laughter, and tanned bodies lying round the large pool area. You can also enjoy a nap on the comfortable sunbeds.

The Pergola

Our personal favourite. We love relaxing in open air, where a table awaits to welcome a big group of people with good food, drinks, wine, laughter and many relaxing moments. A private outdoor space with an open wood top pergola. Our bonus sunset spot! We enjoy an unhindered view, while relaxing on the sunset chairs, feeling the breeze and listening to music. We always end up taking photos!

The Garden

The gardens are grown with care, around the olive grove and the pool area. The olive trees and flowers of the Mediterranean spread their fragrances and create shady cozy corners around the villas. While the Aegean sea is the backdrop of the hilly olive grove.

The Sea

Within walking distance, the turquoise colours of the sea and the golden sand of the Nea Moudania long beach is an irresistible site. Shallow waters are fantastic for kids and the amazing clarity make the sea bottom exploration, part of the fun. Of course there is everything you need. Sun loungers, showers and beach bars offering refreshments and light meals on the beach. You can also find specialized water sports center.

Our comfort zone

MERELIA Luxury Villas are situated amidst an olive grove and open their doors onto the tranquil magic of the bay. The location provides wonderful views of the Aegean Sea, while surrounded by the lush olive grove and Mediterranean style gardens.

Our villas names are inspired from the main element around them. Villa I is named “Thalassa” and offers the best view in the Aegean sea. Villa II is named “Olivia” overlooking the heart of the olive gardens. A perfect spot of Mediterranean tranquility. Villa III is named ‘Sunset” and it’s the best place to enjoy a magical sunset.

Every Villa provides quality standards of indoor & outdoor services. The indoor areas have a modern vibe with a minimalistic decor. The living room is cozy and the kitchen is fully equipped, designed to make mealtimes a great experience. The bedrooms are very comfortable and practical. The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom. Each Villa has its own private pool, garden, ambient living room and two separate bedrooms. In the outdoor area, you can relax under the shady pergola that provides panoramic view of the country side stretching out to the sea, with landscaped private gardens exclusive pools and ambient terraces.
